Dion L. Davis is a native of Washington, D.C., where he attended The Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts majoring in vocal music. Upon graduating from Duke Ellington, he enrolled at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee where he majored and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Early Childhood Education. Dion has also obtained his Master of Divinity from Howard University. He is a 2008 recipient of the President of the United States Civil Volunteer Service Award for his dedicated and diligent work within the community at-large. He also served as a friendship Ambassador to Amsterdam, Europe.
Dion L. Davis is a highly sought after mentor, creative writer, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, motivational speaker and life coach. He is called upon to conduct youth and young adult seminars and conferences, client based workshops, Power Lunches, and private and governmental professional development trainings. Dion has spoken in most rural settings as well as numerous pinnacles of academe locally and throughout the country.
